通过对我国高校财务工作现状以及财务管理中存在不足的分析,探寻改革高校财务管理工作,实现财务工作与学校良性发展相结合的有效途径。

In the market-oriented economy, the macro-circumstances for university financial managing have changed. With regard to the present financial managing in universities, an urgent task is to set up a financial managing system which adapts to the development of universities in the socialist market-oriented economy. Based on the analysis of the present circumstances and problems in financial managing, this paper aims to seek for ways of reform in financial managing so as to find out efficient ways to have finance best serve for the development of universities.
