摘要
用浓度为50~250 mmol.L-1的中性盐(NaCl)和浓度为25~125 mmol.L-1的碱性盐(Na2CO3),对生长45 d的中华结缕草进行胁迫处理。处理7 d后测定其含水量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、叶绿素含量及SOD、POD和CAT活性等生理生化指标。结果表明,随着盐浓度的增加,其含水量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、叶绿素含量和CAT活性均逐渐降低,少数浓度处理下中华结缕草的一些生理生化指标有所回升,但也均低于空白对照组;SOD及POD活性有所升高。在相同浓度下,碱性盐的影响绝大多数比中性盐的影响要强,表明中华结缕草对中性盐的耐受力比碱性盐要强。
The forty five days seedling of Zoysia sinica was treated with neutral salt (NaCl) and alkalescence salt (Na2CO3), the treating concentration of NaCl and Na2CO3 were 50-250 mmol.L^-1 and 25-125 mmol.L^-1 respectively. The physiological and biochemical indexes, including the content of water, soluble protein, soluble sucrose, chlorophyll and the activities of SOD,POD and CAT were measured after seven days' treating. The results indicated that the content of water,soluble protein,soluble sucrose,chlorophyll and the activity of CAT were all decreased gradually with the concentration of salts increasing,and under some treating concentration, a few physiological and biochemical indexes of Zoysia sinica increased but also under the level of the control, both of the activities of SOD and POD increased. Under the same concentration,the effect of Na2CO3 was sharper than NaCl, which indicated that the tolerance of Zoysia sinica on neutral salt was stronger than alkalescence salt.
