阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停犬模型肿瘤坏死因子-α与左心室功能的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)犬模型血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量的变化及其与心功能的关系。方法:设计OSAS犬模型,实验在6只正常杂种犬上进行。用ELISA法检测其血清中TNF-α含量。心脏彩超测量左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)。结果:TNF-α水平较实验前升高(P<0.05),LVEF、LVEDV、SV、HR、E/A值均较干预前降低(P<0.05)。TNFα-与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.883,P<0.05),与LVEDV呈正相关(r=0.735,P<0.05)。结论:TNFα-可能在OSAS的心血管的发病中起着重要作用。 Objective: To study the effects of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) on the cardiovascular function in dogs with obstructive sleep apnea syndromes (OSAS). Methods: Experiments were performed in six mature male Mongrel OSAS dogs. Serum concentrations of TNF-α of each dog were measured by ELISA immunoassay. The cardiovascular function indices as left ventricle ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricle end-diastolic volume (LVEDV), stroke volume (SV), heart rate (HR) and E/A were measured by using echocardiography. Results: Serum concentrations of TNF-α increased significantly (P〈0. 05), and LVEF, LVEDV, SV, HR and E/A decreased compared with that of three months ago respectively (all P〈0.05). TNF-α was negatively related withLVEF (r=-0. 883,P〈0. 05) but positively with LVDEV (r=0. 735,P〈0. 05). Conclusion: The increase of serum concentrations of TNF-α may play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases in OSAS.
