系统性红斑狼疮外周血单个核细胞基因表达系列分析文库的初步解析 被引量:1

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种具有家族聚集倾向的自身免疫性疾病,多基因参与疾病的发生已成共识。基因芯片研究提示其具有不同于正常健康个体的基因表达谱,但还不足以区分其他相关的自身免疫性疾病如类风湿关节炎。对此一个较为合理的解释是目前用于基因芯片研究的已知基因数量和特异性尚未达到将其区分的程度。然而.现阶段新基因发现已进入一个相对缓慢的平台期,有必要尝试利用新资源或新技术来继续新基因的探索发现过程。
