摘要
以藤黄微球菌为工作菌,用杯碟法测定环丙沙星在鸡组织中的残留。结果表明,环丙沙星在磷酸盐缓冲液、肌肉、肝脏和肾脏中的最低检测限分别为0.025μg/mL,0.05μg/g和0.075μg/g。标准曲线的工作范围为0.025μg/mL^0.4μg/mL。在肌肉、肝脏和肾脏中分别添加环丙沙星0.100μg/g和0.150μg/g的回收率分别为73.68%±10.01%和76.25%±9.45%。表明该方法灵敏度和回收率高,操作简便,不需特殊设备,样品用量少,易于推广,适用于环丙沙星的定量分析。
A method for the determination of Ciprofloxacin residues in different tissues of chicken was developed using cylinder plate assay of microbiological method, taking Micrococcus luteus 28001 as the test microorganism. The detection limits of Ciproflo xacin in PBS,muscle, liver and kideny were 0. 025 μg/mL, 0.05 μg/g and 0. 075 μg/g, respectively, and the calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 025- 0.4 μg/mL. The average recoveries for tissues fortified Ciprofloxacin at two levels of 0. 100 and 0.150 μg/g were 73.68±10.01% and 76.25%±9.45%, respectively. The method is accurate, precise, simple and useful for the determination of Ciprofloxacin residue in different tissues of chicken.
