2株益生菌对皖南黄鸡生产性能影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 分别用0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%和0.8%水平的益生菌(由地衣芽孢杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌2菌株组成)添加于基础日粮中。每组实验鸡分别饲喂1种日粮,饲喂6周。通过对皖南黄鸡生长性能和屠宰性能分析,研究益生菌对皖南黄鸡生产性能的影响,并对不同水平的益生菌组进行比较。0周龄~3周龄和第6周龄添加益生菌的各组鸡的平均体重和对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。第4周龄和第5周龄末,0.4%和0.6%水平的益生菌组鸡的平均体重显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),0.2%和0.8%水平的益生菌组与对照组差异不显著;各益生菌组间差异不显著。从整个饲养期来看,0.4%和0.6%水平益生菌组的平均日增重较高,平均日采食量较低,料重比较优;0.2%和0.8%水平益生菌组的平均日增重和料重比差于对照组。益生菌对皖南黄鸡的屠宰性能指标无显著影响。 Growth performance, slaughter performance were measured to evaluate the effects of different levels of probiotics in Wan Nan Huang broilers. Four hundred Wan Nan Huang broilers of 1-day-old were allotted to five groups randomly, 80 broilers for each group. The probiotics composed of Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus subtilis were added to the diet at the level of 0, 0.2 %, 0.4 %, 0.6% and 0.8% respectively. Each group was fed with an assigned diet for 6 weeks. There was no significant difference in broilers' average weight gains between probiotics groups and the control ( P 〉0.05)during 0-3 week and at 6 weekend. The average weight gains of 0. 40% and 0. 6% probiotics groups were significant higher than that of the control at 4,5 weekend( P 〈0.05) ,and of 0.2%,0.8% probiotics groups were not significantly different from the control ( P 〈0.05), among probiotics groups, there were significant difference either. During the whole feeding period, the groups at 0.4% and at 0.6% increased average body weight, reduced average daily intake, improved feed conversion rate; on the contrary, the average daily gains and feed con- version rates of the groups 0.2% and 0.8% were worse even than those of the control. There are no significant effects of probiotics on slaughter performances in Wan Nan Huang broilers.
