一例老年食蟹猴免疫衰退分析

Analysis of Immunodeficiency in an Old Macaca fascicularis

通过流式细胞仪测定T淋巴细胞亚群的值,并对动物进行剖检和病理学检查,分析老年食蟹猴免疫系统的变化。结果发现T淋巴细胞亚群中CD4/CD8倒置,胸腺退化消失,脾脏和淋巴结萎缩,脾脏的白髓和淋巴结的浅层皮质中存在少量的淋巴小结,但没有形成明显的生发中心。表明该老年食蟹猴免疫系统衰退。

To observe the changes of the immunity system of an old Macaca fascicularis, we measured the numerical value of CD4 and CD8 in blood by flow cytometer and observed the clinical signs and pathologic changes of spleen, thymus,lymph nodes and so on. The CD4/CD8 showed converted and the thymus disappeared. There was no germinal center in the spleen and lymph nodes. It proved that the old monkey was in typical immunodeficiency.
