一种有效的免疫学检测技术——ELISPOT 被引量:3

摘要 20世纪80年代中期,国外的科研工作者根据ELISA技术的基本原理,建立了体外检测特异性抗体分泌细胞和CK分泌细胞的固相酶联免疫斑点技术(ELISPOT)。因其具有较高的特异性、稳定性和敏感性,已广泛应用于免疫学各领域。文章详细介绍了ELISPOT技术的发展和应用,并分析了其优缺点、操作注意事项及可行性。
