体外循环中运用贺斯和佳乐施对肺功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨6%中分子羟乙基淀粉和4%琥珀明胶用于体外循环预充对患者肺功能的影响。方法选择40例瓣膜替换术患者随机分为贺斯组和佳乐施组,分别在术后6 h、12 h、18 h取动脉血测定血气,计算肺泡-动脉氧分压差[P(A-a)O2],记录术后呼吸机应用时间。结果比较两组呼吸机应用时间、术后肺泡-动脉氧分压差均无显著差异。结论体外循环中按本文方法应用贺斯和佳乐施对肺功能无明显影响。 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of 6% hydroxyethyl starch(HES) and 4% succinylated gelatin(GEL) for priming on lung function in the operation with extracorporeal circulation. METHODS Forty patients undergoing valve replacement were divided randomly into two groups: Group HES and group GEL. P( A -a)O2 were measured in the two groups at 6 hours,12 hours,18 hours after operation and record the using time of mechanical ventilator. RESULTS There were no significant differences in P(A -a)O2 and the using time of mechanical ventilator between two groups. CONCLUSION There is no significant effect on lung function of HES and GEL for priming in extracorporeal circulation.
