天克菌胶囊体内抗结核作用实验研究

摘要 目的探讨天克菌胶囊的体内抗结核作用。方法用尾静脉注射结核菌建立结核小鼠模型,定量天克菌药粉溶解灌胃,并设阳性药对照、细菌对照和溶剂对照。观察天克菌胶囊对结核小鼠模型半数死亡时间、生存率、肺组织结核菌阳性率及脾指数的影响。结果与细菌对照组相比,天克菌胶囊可显著延长小鼠半数死亡时间,提高小鼠生存率,降低肺组织结核菌阳性率及脾指数。结论天克菌胶囊有较好的体内抗结核作用。 Objective To study the in vivo anti-tuberculous effects of Tiankejun capsule. Methods Tuberculous mouse model was established by the venous injection of Mycobactedum tuberculosis H37Rv. Fixed amount of Tiankejun suspension was administrated to the infected mice by gastro feeding. The median survival time, survival rate, H37Rv positive rate in lung tissue smears and spleen index were determined. Results Compared with the control group, Tiankejun treated mice had significantly increase in median survival time and survival rate, and decrease in H37Rv positive rate in lung tissue smears and spleen index of the mouse model. Conclusion Tiankejun capsule has relatively good antituberculous effcct in vivo.
