健美操运动对Th2细胞诱生IL-4的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究健美操运动对诱导女大学生Th2细胞分泌白细胞介素-4(interleukin,IL-4)含量的影响。方法从南华大学护理学院2003级随机抽取30名女生,随机分对照组、实验1与实验2组。实验1、2组分别每周集中进行1次和3次健美操训练。分别于第0、2、4、6、8、10、12周抽血分离单个核细胞并培养,经植物血凝素诱导后,利用酶联免疫吸咐试验测定训练前后细胞培养上清液中IL-4含量。结果每周锻炼3次的女大学生IL-4含量在第10、12周增高并维持相对稳定,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);每周只锻炼1次组IL-4含量与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论坚持运动量适当的健美操有氧运动能增强Th2细胞分泌IL-4。 Objective To study the effect of callisthenics exercise on immune response of university female students by culturing the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and detecting interleukin- 4 (IL- 4) levels secreting with induced Th2 cell.Methods Thirty female students of school of nursing of Nanhua university, who entranced to university in 2003, were selected as this study objects that were divided randomly to be as control group, test groupl or group2. In Groupl or 2, those students took part in callisthenics exercise once or three times every week. In 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12th week, PBMC of every student was cultured and induced to secrete IL - 4 with PHA respectively. The levels of IL - 4 of the supernatants of culturing PBMC were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in the 24h or 48h after PBMC cultured. Results IL- 4 levels of the supernatants of culturing PBMC of the students, who played callisthenics exercise for three times every week, obviously increased and maintained the levels contrasting to control group in the tenth and twelfth week( P 〈 0.05). It's no significantly in the students of groupl who played callisthenics exercise for once every week although IL - 4 levels were higher similar to group2 ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion It is able to promote the IL - 4 secreted effect and enhance humoral or cellular immune response of university female students if they play appropriate aerobe callisthenics exercise.
