MICROVASCULATURE OF THE SHOULDER FLAP

用墨汁灌注连续切片法,研究了肩部皮瓣微血管的构筑。讨论了各级血管网的形态、特点及意义,为临床实用提供基础。

In fresh adult cadavers injected with the mixture liquid of the ink and 10% formalin, the serai sections of the shorlder flap were cut and its microvasculatur' was studied under light microscope-The results showed that the vessal metworks in the flap were rich and divided into five layers as fol-lows; the papilla; Hve subpapillas the profound dermis; the profund fascia. The rnoophological characteristics of each layer of the networks were described in detail. The density and diameter of the networks were also measured and handled in statistics.It was also discussed thai the restuts might provide a morphological basis for the use of the transplantation of the shoulder flap
