摘要
本文对标新久保田工业有限公司试制的压水堆主管道直管段和90°弯头进行了较全面的解剖试验研究。结果表明,利用离心铸造工艺和模铸工艺分别生产的直管段和90°弯头的化学成分、铁素体含量、常规力学性能及特殊力学性能均满足ASME和RCC-M的要求。
A comprehensive investigation on main pipe line (including ascending pipe-line and 90°bent pipe-line) of Pressurized Water Reactor (PWR) has been made. The main pipe line is produced by Jiansu Biao Xin Kubota Industrial co. ,Ltd. The result shows that it's chemical composition, the percentage of ferrite and mechanical prop-erties can meet the demand of ASME and RCC-M.
