摘要
本文报告７４例ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ导向切除脑内病灶。此术式具有定位准确、侵袭性小、并发症少的优点，详细介绍了手术方式。认为对脑内小于３ｍｍ病灶，多发性病灶及ＡＶＭ，ＭＲＩ优于ＣＴ定位；Ｌｅｋｓｅｌｌ（Ｄ／Ｇ）型定向仪最适合ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ导向开颅手术。
T, MBI guided stereotartic craniotomy was reported in 74 cases. The adsantaige of the CT MRIguided stereotartic craniotomy is arcurate location, minimal invasion and less complication. The operativemethod is described in detail. The authors think that MBI hasadvazitape over CT in resection of lessthan 3mm lesion, multiple lesions and intracranial AVM and that Leksell-G type stereotartic frame isvery suitable to stereotastic craniotomy.
