癌性恶痛的X－刀治疗

The X-knife treatment of the carcinous intractable pain

我们应用单个等中心、５ｍｍ准直仪以ＶＰＬ或ＶＰＭ为损毁靶点，８０％等剂量线覆盖靶区，投照剂量为１２０Ｇｙ，对１５例癌性恶痛患者进行了Ｘ－刀治疗。疗效为优者８例，良４例，好转２例，无效１例，有效率为９２．６７％。随访１～８月，无恶痛复发，也无与Ｘ－刀治疗相关的并发症。

e treated 15 patients with the ca.rcinous intrastable pain by Xknife, using single isocenter and5-mm collimators, destorying the VPL or VPM. The presicribed dose was 120 Gy and the target wasenclosed by 80% isodose line. 8 patients have got the excellent curative effect, 4 patients got good, 2patients have been improved, only 1 patient failed to respondto X-knife treatment. The effective rate is92.67%. During the 1 to 8 mouths follow-up, there has no relapse of the carcinous intrartable pain andany other complications related with X-knife treatment. So, stereotactic radioneurosurgery (SMS) maybe the ideal method to cure the carcinous intractable pain.
