摘要
目的建立肺炎支原体感染的金黄地鼠动物模型,且对动物模型肺组织进行病理检查和血清粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)的检测,对G-CSF在呼吸道感染性疾病中的病原诊断作用进行研究。方法用肺炎支原体国际标准株(Mp-FH)经鼻感染金黄地鼠,经2、4、6、8、10周,获取肺脏病理标本,同时检测动物血清G-CSF。结果15只金黄地鼠肺炎支原体(Mp)肺炎动物模型肺的病理均呈炎性改变,其血清的检测结果显示G-CSF均呈阳性,而对照组5只鼠检测结果均呈阴性。结论金黄地鼠对Mp易感,在Mp感染金黄地鼠时血清G-CSF明显升高,其发生机制有待于进一步研究;测定血清G-CSF也可作为感染的辅助诊断指标之一。
Objective In order to research the diagnosis significance of G - CSF in the respiratory infection diseases (RID), hamster models of Mycoplasma pneumonia infection were established, then the lung tissue was made into pathological samples and serum G - CSF was examined. Methods Hamsters infected intranasally by Mp - FH, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks later, pathologic samples of lung were collected, and the serum G - CSF was examined. Results All the samples appeared to be the changes of pneumonia, serum G - CSF in 15 model hamste was positive, and that of the control was negative. Conclusion All the samples appeared to be the change of pneumoma which suggested that hamster was sensitive to Mp indicating that elevated G - CSF appeared as Mp infection, and its mechanism needs to be studied in the further research. To examine G - CSF may be the diagnosis significance ot intective alsease.
