摘要
目的 探讨应用微型外固定器治疗手掌指骨骨折的方法及疗效。方法 对28例手掌指骨骨折应用微型外固定器治疗。结果 术后随访5个月~1年,平均8个月,25例达到解剖复位,2例对位稍差,1例对位欠佳。25例愈合顺利,3例愈合延迟。按ATM法评价术后手指活动度,本组优17例,良9例,可1例,差1例。优良率达92.86%。结论 微型外固定器治疗手部掌指骨骨折创伤小,固定可靠,愈合率高,利于早期功能锻炼,有良好的治疗效果。
Objective To report the method and effectiveness of micro - external fixator treating metacarpal and phalangeal fractures. Methods Twenty- eight cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were treated with micro - external fixator. Results ALL patients were followed up for 5 12 months (average 8 months). Twenty- five cases obtained anatomic reduction,2 cases reached imperfect reduction and 1 case was below the mark. Twenty - five fractures healed successfully, and 3 had delayed union of fractures. Finger' activity was estimated according to ATM standard:excellent 17 cases, good 9 cases, common 1 case, poor 1 case, the overall good - excellent rate of joint function was 92.86 %. Conclusion The micro- external fixator system is an alternative method for the metacarpal and phalangeal fractures with the benefits of limited invasion, excellent fixation, high union rate, earlier functional exercise and satisfactory effect.
