美国校园欺侮对策及其实用性借鉴 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,美国教育专家纷纷将目光关注校园欺侮,因为它是校园暴力的前奏,会对青少年身心健康发展产生不良影响,因此美国政府与教育部门出台了多种防治欺侮的政策、法规,并取得了一定效果,这些也可以成为我国中小学校园安全建设的借鉴。
