防风汤镇痛、抗炎作用的实验研究

Study on the Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effect of Fang-feng Decoction in Animals

目的:观察防风汤的镇痛抗炎作用。方法:镇痛作用采用小鼠热板法和扭体法,抗炎作用采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增加的方法。结果:防风汤对小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法所致的疼痛反应有抑制作用,能显著抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀和醋酸引起的腹腔毛细血管通透性增加。结论:防风汤具有镇痛和抗炎作用。

Objective： To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory action of Fang-feng decoction in animals. Methods： The analgesic action was observed with hot plates tests and writhing test. Pimethyl benzene was used to make swellin of the mouses ear worse, acetic acid to make the permeabitity of blood capilaries. The anti-inflammatory function of fang-feng decoction was observed. Results： Fang-feng decoction could obviously inhibit the pain induced by hot plate and acetic acid and as well as the ear swelling induced by xylol and the capillary permeability resulting from peritoneal injectiong of acetic acid. Conclusion： Fang-feng Decoction has the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect.
