香麻寒喘贴止咳平喘作用的实验研究

Experimental Studies of Xianmahanchuantie on Relieving Cough and Asthma

目的:观察香麻寒喘贴止咳平喘作用。方法:氨水、枸椽酸喷雾、乙酰胆碱引喘观察动物咳喘情况,巴豆油致敏观察抗炎作用,环磷酰胺(Cy)致小鼠免疫功能低下。结果:香麻寒喘贴对可减少动物咳嗽次数,减少哮喘发生率,抑制巴豆油所致小鼠炎症反应,减轻环磷酰胺所致免疫功能低下。结论:香麻寒喘贴具有止咳平喘、抗炎、增强免疫作用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Xianmahanchuantie（XMHCT） on relieving cough and asthma. Methods： Observe cough incubation and frequency by spraying ammonia water, citric acid in mice, asthma were induced by acetylcholine in guinea pigs, inflammatory effect by croton oil in rat, immune hypofunction caused by cyclophosphamide. Results： XMHCT could prolong cough incubation and reduced cough frequency, decrease rate of asthma breaking out, restrain auris swelling induced by bean oil in mice, promote mice immune function injuried by cyclophosphamide. Conclusion： XMHCT could stop coughing and eliminate phlegm, had the effects of anti-inflammatory and enhancing immune function.
