消炎镇痛膏加压包扎治疗踝关节扭伤的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of binding up with Xiaoyanzhentong plaster on ankle joint sprain

目的:了解消炎镇痛膏加压包扎治疗踝关节扭伤的疗效。方法:将86例踝关节扭伤患者随机分为治疗组43例,对照组43例。治疗组采用及时冰敷和消炎镇痛膏贴敷并加压包扎,TDP照射。对照组只采用冰敷和TDP照射,两个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组治愈率为83.72%,对照组治愈率为60.47%,两组治愈率差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:消炎镇痛膏贴敷并加压包扎对治疗踝关节扭伤疗效满意。

Objective To observe the curative effect of binding up with Xiaoyanzhentong plaster on ankle joint sprain. Method 86 patients were derided into the treated group and the control group randomly, and each group had 43 cases. The former was treated with ice-compress, binding up with Xiaoyanzhentong plaster and TDP and the latter was treated with ice-compress and TDP. We evaluated the therapeutic effect after two period of treatment. Results The cure rate was 83.72% in the treated group and 60.47% in the control group. The difference of the cure rate between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is obviously effective to cure ankle joint sprain by binding up with Xiaoyanzhentong plaster early.
