基底节区高血压性脑出血经颞上沟入路显微外科治疗体会

Microsurgerical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nuclei zone by superior temporal sulucs

目的:探讨经颞上沟入路显微神经外科手术在基底节区高血压性脑出血病中的应用。方法:回顾性分析了50例基底节区高血压性脑出血患者的经颞上沟入路显微外科手术治疗。结果:整体康复效果较好。结论:经颞上沟入路显微外科手术是治疗基底节区高血压性脑出血的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the application of microsurgerical operation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nuclei zone by superior temporal sulucs. Method 50 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nuclei zone treated with microsurgerical operation by superior temporal sulucs were analyzed retrospectively. Results Rehabilitation efficacy is satisfactory. Conclusion The microsurgerical operation by superior temporal sulucs on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in basal nudei zone is more effective than the traditional cramotomy and microinvasive operation.
