二种血凝分析仪检测结果可比性分析

The comparative analysis on two kinds of coagulant-meters

目的:通过对同一临床实验室不同血凝分析仪进行方法对比,探讨不同血凝分析系统之间检测结果是否具有可比性或检测结果的偏差是否在允许的范围内。方法:以美国ACL-200血凝仪(A仪器)为对比方法,以中勤世帝LG-PAD血凝仪(B仪器)为试验方法,用患者血浆对PT、APTT、FIB等3个项目进行检测,计算相关系数和直线回归方程。结果:B仪器检测结果与A仪器比较,PT、APTT、FIB相关性好,相关系数均大于0.975。结论:B仪器的检测结果是准确可靠的,与A仪器的检测结果具有可比性。

Objective To evaluate the comparability of the test outcome or the acceptability of the outcome＇s bias with different coagulant-meter under the same laboratory conditions. Method ACL-200（control method） and LG-PAD（test method） were used to test three serological items, as PT, APTT and FIB, to obtain correlation coefficient and linear regression equation. Results There are good relativity of the results of PT, APTT and FIB between meter B and meter A （r〉0.975）. Conclusion The results determined by meter B are exact, compared with that of meter A.
