风湿性心脏病持续性心房颤动患者右房心肌细胞心房颗粒的定量研究

摘要 目的:探讨风心病持续性心房颤动(AF)患者右房润盘病理变化。方法:选择29例风湿性二尖瓣置换术患者,根据有无持续性心房颤动分为心房颤动组(AF组)和窦律组(SR组),两组之间临床因素没有统计学差异。换瓣术中取右心耳心肌标本,电镜进行心房颗粒的观察及定量分析。结果:两组心房颗粒定量研究无明显差异。结论:风心病慢性AF与SR患者右房心肌细胞心房颗粒无明显差异。显示房颤不是导致心房颗粒变化的主要因素。 Objective To observe the atrial special granules (ASG) in patients with rheumatic heart disease (RHD). Method 29 patients of RHD treated with mitral valve replacement were divided into atrial fibrillation (AF) group (n=13) and sinus rhythm (SR) group (n=16) according to having sustained AF or not. There wasn't significant statistical difference in clinical factors between the two groups. During the operation of valve replacement, the samples of right atrial appendage were taken and the ID were observed with electron microscopy. Results There was not significant difference of quantitative study on ASG between the two groups. Conclusion There isn't significant difference in the change of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) of right atrial myocardium between AF and SR group. This study indicates that these changes should not be the important pathological basis of AF patients with RHD.
