高等学校图书馆是高校教学科研工作的重要组成部分。高校图书馆也要树立和落实科学发展观。就是要:坚持以人为本,努力提高服务质量;做到数量与质量并重,实现全面发展;硬件与软件统一,实现协调发展;服务与管理创新,实现持续发展;馆员与馆藏同步,实现统筹发展。

Library is an important composition part of teaching and scientific research in college and university. The college ,and university should set up and carry out the viewpoint of scientific development. It is requested to persist in hmnan-oriented, and make great efforts to improve the service quality; put equal emphasis on quantity and quality, achieve all-round development; unify the hardware and software, accomplish coordinated development; bring forth new ideas on management and service, accomplish continual development; synchronization of librarian and collections, and accomplish overall development.
