摘要
阐述了六自由度柔性三坐标测量机的测量原理、测量模型、结构系统以及误差的标定和修正等一系列关键技术,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决思路和方案。
A kind of flexible three-coordinate measuring machine with 6 DOF is introduced, and the key techniques are explained, including the measuring theory, the model, the system structure, the error correction, the simulation and so on. Some methods to solve the problems are presented.
