摘要
在天然气勘探开发过程中的使用钻井液、压井液及暂堵剂造成裂缝系统产层堵塞,一直是困扰老井天然气生产的一大难题。综合运用物理—化学复合解堵工艺进行井下解堵是蜀南气矿一种新的技术尝试。结合临11井解堵实际,从该产层及井底堵塞物分析解堵药剂研制机理、现场应用情况、注意事项等多个方面,阐述了作者对物理—化学复合解堵工艺原理和应用的认识,对提高气井产能和老气田的开发水平有积极的指导意义。
During the gas exploratory development, using drilling fluid, killing fluid and temporary blocking agent always result in pay plugging of fracture system. It affects severely the gas well deliverability. The physico-chemical complex broken down technology is a new attempt in Southern Sichuan Gas Field. Combining broken down practice of well Lin 11, the paper analyzed the mechanism of blocking remover and field application instance, notice and so on, expatiated the operation principle and application of physico-chemical complex broken down technology. The technology has active meaning for improving gas well deliverability.
