井斜在石油钻井过程中经常发生,它的危害很大。文中介绍的垂直钻井工具的工作原理与常规的“钟摆”、“满[”不同,它通过柱塞把侧向力直接施加在钻头上。由于侧向力大且与钻具组合和钻井工况无关,因此,防斜效果好。这种垂直钻井工具是纯机械结构,没有电子器件,所以结构简单、维护方便、工作时间长、成本低。文章介绍了该工具的结构、工作过程,通过理论分析证明原理可靠。该工具已获国家专利,专利号是2004200894716。
The paper introduced the working principle and structure of vertical drilling system. It is different from conventional pendulum assembly and stiff assembly. With this system, the side force is exerted on the bit directly by plunger, so, the side force is larger and has no connention with BHA and drilling condition, the effect of anti- inclination is very good. This vertical drilling system is pure mechanical structure without the electronic element, thus its structure is simple, cost is low, and is easy to maintain. Through theoretical analysis, the working principle of the system is proved to be reliable. At present, this system has acquired the patent with Patent Number of 2004200894716.
