直列四缸机平衡措施分析

摘要 某直列四缸机在工作时存在不平衡的二阶往复惯性力,为从根本上消除或减弱激振源,原机在设计之初,欲采用同向旋转双轴平衡方案,分析结果表明,同向旋转双轴平衡方案可100%平衡二阶往复惯性力,在中低转速工况下,双轴平衡机构所产生的附加力矩可部分抵消倾覆力矩的激振作用,但在发动机高转速下,双平衡轴所产生的附加力矩远远超过了原倾覆力矩的作用效果,引起发动机的剧烈振动。为此作者提出反向旋转双轴平衡方案,通过分析,反向旋转双轴平衡方案不再产生附加力矩,可以用于某直列四缸机的平衡机构。 The unbalanced secondary reciprocating inertial force is existed in an in-line four cylinder engine.To adopt double-shaft rotary balance system in the same direction can completely balance the secondary inertial force.At the low or medium speed,the tumble torque can be reduced by additional torque.While working at the high speed,the additional torque is much greater than that of the original one,which causes the acute vibration.So the author put forward the doubleshaft balance system rotary in the opposite direction.By analysis shows that no additional torque produced in the system, which can be used in the in-line four cylinder engine.
