摘要
随着矿井的开拓延伸,开采逐步向煤田深部发展,巷道压力明显增大,由于动压、底板松软等原因产生巷道底鼓破坏现象日趋增多,严重影响巷道的正常使用。但采用传统的底拱、底梁技术处理巷道底鼓成本高,而且施工难度大,支护效果差。利用锚网支护技术进行处理,可有效改进上述两种方法存在的缺陷,同时充分发挥煤体自承压力的作用,有效防止巷道底板二次来压,是一种新型的处理技术,通过在常村矿实践取得了良好的支护效果。
Along with mine tunnel elongated opening up,mining developing to the deeper coal field gradually,the pressure becomes greater obviously.Because of the dynamic pressure and soft bottom plate,the tunnel bottom convex phenomena are becoming more and more,which seriously affect the use of tunnel.But the traditional bottom arch and beam technology are with high cost and difficult construction and bad protective result.The anchorage net protection technology improves the applieational result compared with what said above and fully exerts the self-bearing pressure capability of coal rock body and effectively prevents the shaft bottom secondary convex,is a new type technology for handling of bottom convex.The practice in Changcun Coal Mine shows that it has got better result.
