摘要
全球化使我国制造业企业面临着更加多变的环境和更加激烈的竞争,如何根据企业竞争力理论建立起自己的竞争优势,成为企业极为迫切的任务,在对我国制造企业面临的挑战以及对企业竞争力理论和先进制造模式的分析的基础上,建立起企业竞争力提升的思路框架。
Alter China joined in the WTO, chinese manufacturing enterprises have been faced to a more changeful market and more intensive competition with the vigorous competitors from all over the world. Thus, how to form one's competition superiority comes to be the theme of chinese manufacturing enterprises. Based on the analysis of the theories of competition superiority and the practice of advanced manufacturing patterns, this paper gives a model of how to building the manufacturing enterprise's own competition superiority.
