作为传播知识、传承文明、肩负社会教育、文化智能的图书馆,是学习型社会的重要组成部分,责无旁贷地承担着为人们适应社会需要进行终身学习、提供知识资源和场所的重任。图书馆若要圆满完成时代所赋予的重任,必须采取相应策略作保证。
Library is the important part of learning style society for spreading of knowledge, carrying forward civilization, undertaking social education, culture and intelligence education and is the knowledge resources and places for life long learning of people to adapt to the social requirement. To fully complete the task of a library, the correspondent tactics must be adopted.
