摘要
以实际案例提出工资改革思路,即建立以岗位基本工资、岗位绩效工资为主的岗位工资制,并制定相应的工资调整机制。
This paper puts forward the wage reform thinking based on living example, that is to establish the post wage system of post basic wage and post achievement wage as the mainbody and to work out the correspondent wage regulating system.
