摘要
为了使核电站的主泵安全、长期、稳定地运行,利用非线性有限元方法、现代非线性理论与转子动力学理论,建立了某核电站主泵转子-轴承系统有限元模型,研究了主泵的碰摩故障问题,分析了碰摩刚度、不平衡质量偏心量与碰摩间隙对转子的影响。研究结果对核电站主泵等相似旋转机械的碰摩故障的诊断具有一定的参考价值。
For the complexity of the structure of master pump in the nuclear power plant and its running requirements of safety,nonlinear finite element method,modern nonlinear theory and rotor dynamic theory are adopted to set up the finite element model of rotor-bearing system of master pump.A research on the rubbing fault of master pump of the nuclear station is carried out by considering the rubbing stiffness,mass of eccentricity and clearance between stator and rotor.The results can do a help to the diagnosis of rubbing fault of similar rotating machine,like master pumps of nuclear stations.
