摘要
由于单作用叶片泵流量特性的传统分析方法没有考虑油液的可压缩性和卸荷槽回冲流量的影响,由此得出的结论与实际情况相差甚远。综合考虑这些主要的影响因素,建立了流量特性方程,并在此基础上研究了叶片数的奇偶性、配流盘偏转角和预升压幅角对流量脉动的影响。仿真结果表明,当预升压幅角和偏转角之和小于叶片夹角的一半且叶片数为偶数时,单作用叶片泵的流量脉动最小;得出了叶片数的奇偶性与叶片泵的流量脉动并无直接关系,且流量脉动频率与柱塞数的奇偶性无关的结论。
The traditional flow theory of single-acting vane pump does not take the compressibility and the reverse flow of the oil in the discharge port through the relief groove into account.Considering the influence of these key factors,the equation of flow characteristic is given.Based upon this,parity of vane number,gauche angle of valve plate and influence breadth angle of beforehand increasing press acting on flow pulsation are all studied.The simulating result shows that flow pulsation of vane pump acting solely is minimum,when sum of breadth angle of beforehand increasing press φ_1and deflexion angle θ is smaller than half of vane angle and vane number is even.Research indicated that parity of vane number have no direct relation with flow pulsation of vane pump and the flow pulsation frequency is independent from the odd or even number of pistons.
