摘要
为测试钢丝绳隔振器的承载力、容许位移量和静刚度等静力特性,研制了钢丝绳隔振器静力测试台。该测试台采用3套独立的液压系统分别对可沿垂直向导向柱滑动的垂直导向板和可作水平横向、水平纵向滑动的3层叠合结构加载,通过测力传感器和数显标尺测试加载力和隔震器位移。该测试台既可对隔振器进行单向加载,又可进行二向或三向不同力值的加载,结构简单,设计合理,稳定可靠,为钢丝绳隔振器的研制和检测提供了手段。
The static test and measurement bed is developed to test and measure the static characteristics of steel wire rope vibration isolators,such as carrying capacity,permissible displacement and static stiffness.In this bed,there are three sets of self-governed hydraulic systems to load vertical guide plate which can slips along vertical guide poles and three-layer superposition device which can slips along level landscape orientation and level portrait;the force sensors and digital staff guages test force and displacement of isolator,respectively.It can load isolator in one-way,two-way and three-way with different forces.It provides means for developing and detecting steel wire rope vibration isolators with simple structure,reasonable design,stable and credible performance.
