摘要
为了解决旋转机械在线自动平衡中信号相位提取问题,提出了一种无需整周期采样的相位检测算法。该算法基于互功率谱估计,具有算法复杂度低、抗干扰性好、精确度高和适用频率范围广等优点。在此基础上又提出了一种相位补偿滤波方法,使信号滤波造成的相位偏移得到补偿;该方法运算量低、精度高(误差小于1°)、可在线实时实现。仿真和实验表明,结合上述两种方法可准确、快速提取信号相位,从而使旋转机械在线自动平衡可以高效、准确、低成本的实现。
A new method for phase extraction which is a key problem of automatic balancing is developed in this paper.Firstly,a novel phase detection algorithm that need not complete period sampling is presented.Basing on the cross power spectrum estimation,this algorithm has the advantage of lower complexity,better anti-disturbance performance and better precision over large frequency band.Secondly,based on this algorithm,a new phase compensation filtering approach is developed for compensating the phase shift in filtering.With less operation burden and better phase compensation accuracy(error less than 1 degree),this approach is suitable for online filtering.Combining the aforementioned two approaches,phase of vibration signal in rotary machinery can be detected exactly and quickly,and the automatic balancing can be realized with low costs,high efficiency and high accuracy.Computer simulation and experiments prove the approaches feasible.
