摘要
随着医疗服务市场化及服务提供者之间的竞争日趋激烈,护理管理者日益重视病人在评价和监督护理服务中的重要作用。因此,综述了影响病人满意度的关键因素,用六西格玛管理提高了病人的满意度,从而为提高病人满意度和护理质量提供了科学的理论依据。
With the market conversion of medical service and the vehemence of competition between providers of medical service, nursing administrator pay more attention to the role of both evaluation and supervision of patients played in nursing service. The purpose of this article was to investigate key factors influencing the satisfaction degree of patients, to raise the satisfaction degree of patients by six -δ management, so as to provide a scientific theoretical basis for enhancing both the satisfaction degree of patients and nursing quality.
