高血压脑出血术后再出血微创外科治疗探讨

The Efficacy of Microsurgery Treatment in the Recurrence of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨高血压脑出血术后再出血的微创外科治疗方法。方法分析27例高血压脑出血术后再出血的微创外科治疗结果,所有病例均行血肿腔穿刺外引流方法治疗。结果本组恢复良好11例,中残4例,重残6例,死亡6例。结论采用血肿腔穿刺外引流方法治疗高血压脑出血术后再出血,效果良好。

Objective To discuss the experience of microsurgery treatment in the recurrence of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods Analyse the microsurgery treatment result of 27 patients who have Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage. Results 11 were in good recovery, 4 were in moderate dysfunction, 6 were in severe dysfunction, 6 died. Conclusion Surgical evacuation with punctio - external drainage in recurrence of hypertensive tracerebral hemorrhage can effectively remove the hematoma.
