概述了Y4100Q型柴油机的性能特性,介绍了曲柄活塞机构的仿真实现过程,通过建立三维装配模型,进行了曲柄活塞机构的运动模拟和运动学分析,得出了活塞在正常功率输出状态下的速度和加速度分布,为产品的快速开发提供了途径.
The paper summarizes the performance of Y4100Q diesel engine and introduces the procedure of the simulation for the mechanism of the crank piston. Based on the 3D assembling model, the motion simulation and the kinematics analysis of the mechanism of the crank piston are given. The velocity and the acceleration distribution of the piston in normal power output state are obtained, thereby providing a channel for future rapid development of the product.
