On the basis of the unity of substance, energy and information, this essay continues to analyze,scientifically,the mystery of invisible substance and neutrino,and the mystery of Chinese medical Qi(air) and Jing-Luo.It is soundly pointed out that the invisible substance be over-c virtual naterial,neutrino be the quantum of virtual material,and that Qi be the virtual material of the body,Jing-Luo be the channels for the virtual material to pass through and exchange.
