党的先进性建设与构建社会主义和谐社会密切相关,紧密相连。我们党提出构建社会主义和谐社会,体现了马克思主义政党的社会理想,体现了党的先进性的必然要求,也体现了“三个代表”重要思想的基本要求。构建社会主义和谐社会是新的历史条件下保持党的先进性、加强党的先进性建设的内在要求;是新时期党的先进性建设的生动体现,坚持党的先进性是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要保证,我们必须把党的先进性建设与构建和谐社会紧密结合起来,找准加强党的先进性建设的时代着力点,在加强党的先进性建设中积极推进和谐社会建设。

The construction of CCP＇ s advanced character and socialist harmonious society are related closely. The theory embodied the social ideality of Marxism, and also the fundamental demands of ＂the three represents＂. We should combine the two tightly together, so as to push ahead the construction of socialist harmonious society.
