On How to Maintain the Progressiveness of Cadres Working in Organizational Departments

保持先进性不是一句空洞的口号,必须经过长期的党性修养和实践磨炼。组工干部作为先进性教育活动的组织者、推动者和实践者,更应该在思想深处牢固树立先进性意识,在日常工作中始终保持先进性,把先进性变成一种自觉,变为一种责任和义务,才有可能将先进性落到实处。

Maintenance of progressiveness is not a slogan only in mouth. Every Party member needs long-term self- cultivation and practical trials to keep their progressiveness. The cadres in the organizational departments, as organizers, promoters and practitioners of progressiveness educational activity, should firmly be aware of keeping the progressiveness, maintain the progressiveness throughout their daily work and turn the progressiveness into self- awareness as well as responsibility and obligation, so as to keep their progressiveness in daily work.
