图书馆在实行计算编目后 ,必须强化人力物力管理 ,充分发挥自动化的优势 ,以产生确实的效益。1.图书馆自动化以后 ,工作更趋向整体化 ,必须提高系统、网络及设备的综合保障率 ,设置专职技术咨询员解决各业务部门的技术问题。 2 .通过引进标准数据源 ,重新设计工作流程 ,优化组织形式等措施 ,提高计算机编目的实际工作效率。 3.加强编目数据的质量控制。 4.重视编目人员的学习与培训。

This article is focused on effici ency of computer based cataloguing conce rning elaborate management,since the lib rary automation has an increasingly high profile and preliminary substatial resu lts in present day libraries.A variety o f issues are discussed such as ensuring of the system, network and equipment,uti lity of the standard data resources,qual ity control in the cataloging process,an d personnel training.The author provids some practical ideas with empirical anal ysis.
