试析中国新时期吸取外来文明成果的渐进性特点

A Preliminary Discussion on the Incremental Assimilation of Fruits of Civilization from Abroad during the New Historical Period Since 1978

依据文明传播的基本规律,任何特定的文明形态在传播过程中,都是按照物质、制度和精神文化的顺序逐步展开的。本文通过论述我国新时期对外开放由技术设备引进,到管理方式、经济制度、政治制度改革,再到文化精神逐步发展的过程,印证了文明传播由浅入深、由表及里渐进深化的普遍规律。改革开放进而能够立体、多层次地、全方位地吸收借鉴西方先进文明,加速我国的现代化进程。

According to the basic law of spread of civilization, every form of civilization gradually unfolds itself in the sequence of matter, institution and spiritual culture in its spread. During the new historical period since 1978 China has traversed several stages in its reform and opening - up, starting with the introduction of technologies and equipment, going on to the reform of management and economic and political institutions, and finally cultural progress. This whole process testifies to the universal law of spread of civilization ： going deeper from the elementary to the profound and from the surface to the center. It is along with this deepening process that China has absorbed and drawn on the advanced Western civilization in a multi - level and all - round way, thus accelerating its modernization drive.
