羧甲基纤维素钠增敏铬天青S-邻二氮菲-钙络合物固体基质室温燐光法测定痕量钙 被引量:1

摘要 研究了各种表面活性剂对铬天青S(CAS)-邻二氮菲(phen)-钙络合物体系固体基质室温燐光光谱的影响;基于CAS-phen-NaCMC体系能在滤纸固体基质上发射强而稳定的室温燐光,Ca^2+与phen作用先形成Ca(phen)3^2+络离子,该络离子与CAS反应生成[Ca(phen)3(CAS)2]三元络合物,从而增加了斑点上CAS的分子数目,使CAS—phen-NaCMC体系的室温燐光信号剧烈增强,羧甲基纤维素钠(NaCMC)对CAS—phen—Ca络合物体系燐光的显著增敏作用,据此建立了一种羧甲基纤维素钠增敏CAS—phen—Ca络合物固体基质室温燐光法测定痕量钙的新方法.在0.4μL(取样浓度为32.0—400.0pg/mL)点样体积内,即Ca^2+含量在12.8-160.Ofg/斑点范围内与△Ip呈良好的线性关系,工作曲线的回归方程△Ip=14.57+0.5607mCa^2+(fg/斑),n=7.相关系数r=0.9990.检出限:2.2fg/斑(相应浓度为5.50pg/mL).该方法简单、快速、重现性好,用于样品中钙含量的测定,结果满意.同时探讨了铬天青S-邻二氮菲-钙络合物固体基质室温燐光量法测定痕钙的反应机理.
