摘要
介绍了水酶法的作用原理及工艺,总结了水酶法提油特点和在几种主要植物油脂(花生、大豆、芝麻、菜籽、玉米胚芽)提取中的应用及进展,最后介绍了水酶法在植物油提取方面的应用前景。
In this review, the principle and technology of Aqueous Enzymatic Method are discussed. The advantage and disadvantage of technology are summarized, and introduce the development and application of Aqueous Enzymatic Method in the Oil Extraction of several main plant grease (peanut, soybean, sesame, rapeseed, corn germ ).Finally , this review introduce the outlook of the application of Aqueous Enzymatic Method in the extraction of Plant Oil.
