732离子交换树脂和DEAE-23树脂纯化大蒜多糖比较 被引量:5

COMPARATION OF PURE METHODS FOR GARLIC POLYSACCHARIDE BY 732 ION EXCHANGE AND DEAE-23 RESIN

摘要 大蒜多糖是具有多种生物活性的杂果聚糖,为探讨其工业化制备的方法,对比了强酸性阳离子交换树脂(732)和DEAE-23树脂制备该多糖的流速、交换容量等操作参数,分析了其产品的蛋白质含量、大蒜多糖产量、红外光谱等质量指标。结果表明:732离子交换树脂和DEAE-23树脂制备的大蒜多糖红外光谱基本一致,产率分别为12.3%和10.37%,732DEAE-23树脂离子交换树脂的交换容量较大,制备过程简单、速度较快,成本较低,是较适宜工业化生产大蒜多糖的方法。 Garlic polysaccharide is one of the fructan composed of fructose, galactose and glucose. The polysaccharide were purified by 732 ion exchange resin and DEAE-23 resin, and their operating parameters and product quality were compared based on the purity, exchange capacity and the infrared ray (IR) spectrum. The results ohmined suggested that IR spectrum were coincident for two resins. There was no protein in the product from the column of the DEAE-23 resin. The polysaccharide level was 12.3 % by 732 resin (based on fresh weight) and 10.37 % by DEAE-23 resin. The method by 732 resin is more simple, faster speed and higher exchange capacity. These results conclude the 732 ion exchange resin is subjected to the industrial production of the garlic polysaccharide.
