胶体二氧化硅在高光泽彩喷纸上的应用 被引量:10

摘要 采用5种胶体SiO2(A、B、C、D、E)作为颜料制作彩色喷墨打印纸,并与常规的气相SiO2(FS)和气相Al2O3(FA)彩色喷墨打印纸进行比较。研究表明,与FA和FS相比,胶体SiO2具有提高光泽度的优越性。经Epson打印机和HP打印机打印后,5种胶体SiO2彩喷纸中,A、B和C的色密度比FA和FS高;Epson打印的墨点圆度都相似,FA和FS在墨点面积上都优于胶体SiO2;用HP打印的样品,墨点圆度和墨点面积与FA和FS样品没有区别。 Colloidal silica is one of the pigments used for inkjet paper coating. Five colloidal silicas are studied to optimize the gloss and print quality of the inkjet paper with less coat weight. Two commercial pigments of fumed silica (FS) and fumed alumina(FA) are compared. Colloidal silicas have an advantage over FA and FS in improving the gloss. Piezo Epson Printer and thermal HP Printer are used to evaluate the CLC samples print quality. Print density of colloidal silica A, B and C is higher than that of FA and FS. Ink dot roundness of all pigments printed by Epson printer is similar to each other. Ink dot area of FA and FS samples present better effect than other new pigments. No big difference in dot roundness and dot area is presented for all samples with various pigments printed by HP printer.
