摘要
概述钌配合物作为一氧化氮调节剂的特性和作用机制,简介若干具代表性的用作一氧化氮清除剂和释放剂的钌配合物及其生物学和药理学活性。钌与一氧化氮形成的配合物具有独特的化学性质,不同类型的钌配合物可在体内选择性地清除或释放一氧化氮,从而调节体内的一氧化氮浓度,用于治疗与一氧化氮有关的疾病。
The characteristics and mechanism of action of ruthenium(Ru) complexes as nitric oxide(NO) modulators were outlined. Several representative Ru complexes used as NO scavengers or releasers and their biological and pharmacological activities were introduced briefly. Ru-NO complexes show distinctive chemical properties, of which different types could selectively scavenge or release NO in vivo to modulate NO level, thus curing some diseases associated with NO.
